TEA Wednesday Webinar: Forging Stronger Relationships While Social Distancing

April 29, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am CDT

At a time when we’re stuck in our homes, staying apart, there is a sense of community that, in a way, has never brought us closer together. Collectively, we are all experiencing the same thing, at the same time.

This presents a unique opportunity to leverage the power of digital media to forge stronger relationships with our customers, prospects, and the online audience in general. The question is, how do brands wade through the plethora of content, largely focused on a single subject, to identify the subject matter that relates to their audiences, ultimately creating stronger, longer-lasting bonds?

We will look at a few strategies and some real-time examples of organizations that have done just that, and review some of the key steps that you will need to take in order to find success on your own.

Attendees can expect the following from this discussion: 1. Learning more about the power of data and understanding both where it can be sourced and how it can be used 2. Developing communications strategies that tie into an authentic brand voice, leading to greater engagement and retention from key audience targets 3. Harnessing the innate creativity of this industry and turning that creativity into resonant campaigns and unique mixed media use
