Retailers are beginning to reopen their stores across the country. But how can they be sure they are taking the right steps and making the proper preparations to reopen safely and offer the kind of shopping experience customers will expect in the post-pandemic “New Normal”? Chain Store Age and C.S. Hudson present the webinar, “What’s on your COVID-19 checklist – reopening retail for the ‘New Norm’,” on Thursday, June 4 at 11 a.m. ET.
This 45-minute online presentation will feature expert discussion and analysis on the crucial items retailers need to place and cross off on their COVID-19 checklists. The webinar will help attendees to determine what steps they need to take in areas such as hygiene, HVAC, store navigation, and construction/refurbishing to confidently reopen their stores and start recapturing store traffic that has been lost during the pandemic shutdown.

- How do we inspect for and remediate vandalism, trash, mold, decay, and other physical facility damage?
