Another zoning commission has put the brakes on a proposed park plan, this one for Spring Hill, Tennessee. Festival Tennessee Park was proposed to include two luxury hotels, a theme park, restaurants, retail and more.
But the zoning board claims the developer failed to provide adequate information about the project to warrant the zoning change.
