Xavage introduces new admission system

Xavage, Xcaret Adventure’s newest park that debuted in the spring of 2019, recently announced a change in their admission system in order to better serve the thousands of visitors it welcomes. Effective immediately, the park offers two ticketing options with the following features:·

**Xavage Basic: Includes access to the kayaks, all levels of the ropes course and children’s play area.

**Xavage all-inclusive: Includes unlimited access to all activities in the park (ropes course, kayaks, ziplines, monster trucks, rafting and jet boat).

Both options include snacks, juices, smoothies, a buffet meal and non-alcoholic beverages.

Up until now, visitors would have to chose what activities they wanted to do before purchasing their entrance, activities were grouped based on difficulty and not all tickets included snacks and or the buffet menu.

“We are constantly revising and updating our policies to make sure we are able to offer the best possible experience to our visitors. In the first few months following Xavage’s opening, we decided to simplify our admission process while at the same time offering the highest value to our customers,” said Lizeth Alvarez, Chief Commercial Officer Parks and Tours. “We take great pride in being open to feedback and being able to adapt as the market demands it, something that has allowed Xcaret to be the leader in sustainable tourism in the Mexican Caribbean for more than 25 years” she added.

Xavage opened its doors on April 15, 2019 after an investment of US$78 million that transformed 57 acres in Riviera Maya into an adventure paradise. The park features the only whitewater rapids in the region, a 1,500-foot horizontal zipline circuit, a kayaking circuit along Cancun’s canals, an extreme monster truck obstacle course, a rope circuit between treetops to test balance, strength and coordination, and an exhilarating high-speed jetboat ride. The park also offers buffet-style restaurant, six shops, rest areas with hammocks and lounge chairs, dressing rooms and lockers.
