KidZania awarded as Global Leisure Operator of the Year during Global RLI Awards

On May 10, 2018, key global leisure and retail industry leaders gathered at the Natural History Museum in London at the Thirteenth Global RLI Awards ceremony, where KidZania was named “Global Leisure Operator of the Year”.

In association with Chalhoub Group, the Global RLI Awards 2018 provided an evening of recognition and celebration for the most innovative and imaginative retail and leisure concepts across the globe.

Both industries are characterized by being dynamic, inventive and in a constant evolution in an attempt to push the boundaries and to offer the best experiences for their visitors, which is why these awards are devoted to recognize that motivation and drive.

After a champagne reception in the main foyer, guests were accommodated for the gala dinner during which they enjoyed highlights from the hit West End Musical, Chicago, and a three-course meal. Later on, the awards ceremony started.

Sasha Samano, KidZania’s Ambassador for Europe and Africa, received the accolade on behalf of KidZania and expressed her gratitude for this recognition.

In that regard, she noted: “This award is a reflection of the hard work that our entire team performs all year-long. It is also a reminder of our deep commitment to offering world-class service and quality across all the locations where KidZania operates. We’ll continue striving for excellence and providing an unforgettable learning and entertainment experience for children worldwide.”
