Matrix Technology, known for their exhilarating and immersive immersive cinema experiences, will open at Mall of America this Summer.
Located on level 1, west near Nickelodeon Universe, Matrix 5D Technology will feature two different adventures for guests: Mysterious Underground and Shark Attack.
Mysterious Underground is a 5D theatre experience where thrill seekers, wearing 5D glasses, will ride on a trolley in an abandoned mine dodging rocks, debris and escaping from everything that lurks underneath the Earth’s surface.
Shark Attack, incorporating a motion platform, puts guests through a narrated aquarium experience observing various sea life until one of the greatest predators on earth attempts to break through the glass.
“Matrix Technology’s innovative virtual experience crafts an exhilarating adventure for guests and families of all ages,” said VP of Leasing Carrie Charleston. “The storytelling aspect of their attraction parallels everything we strive for at Mall of America which is creating memories through enjoyable experiences.”
Matrix Technology is a Poland-based company that creates 3D, 5D, and VR experience attractions. Price points for each adventure will be around $10 along with a combined package deal for both.
