The person in this role will be responsible for Supporting and Educating clients and Sales Reps with a variety of Network and AV products and Technologies, including:
– Network Technologies support
– AV over IP 1G & 10G
– HDBaseT products
– HDMI distribution
– Web based control/automation.
– Audio products.
– Support via phone, remote desktop, webinars, email and support ticket system.
They would also be responsible for:
– Developing new, and maintaining current support documentation and knowledge base.
– Report any field issue to advanced support team.
– Manage Knowledge Base and FAQ’s
The Product Specialist should have a well versed level of experience and skills:
– Network Technology: Managed/Un-managed
– Digital Video HDCP/EDID/Video over IP
– Digital Audio, Dante and analog.
– Control Automation: IP, RS232, IR, I/O
– Understanding System Integration & Design
– Documentation editing and creation (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc)
-Video and Photo editing/production.
-Oral and written communications, public speaking.
-Attention to detail.
-Available to travel for Training and Trade shows.
