AAM Changes Name, Updates Web Site

Washington, DC (August 28, 2012) — The AAM has changed its website to a more accessible format, at  The newly revised site features a revised job board, and additional resources such as monthly updates on museum accreditation.  In addition to the new website and a new logo, the AAM has changed its name from American Assocation of Museums to American Alliance of Museums.  An official announcement on the change is scheduled for Sept. 5.
