Dronisos, provider of large-scale aerial drone storytelling, announced the appointment of Jeremy Pancoast as Vice President, U.S. Business Development.
Pancoast brings more than two decades of executive leadership across the themed entertainment and live experience industries, having held senior roles with organizations including Merlin Entertainments Group (LEGOLAND Resorts North America) and United Parks & Resorts (SeaWorld & Busch Gardens).
Throughout his career, he has led complex, multi-disciplinary entertainment divisions across major destination brands and IP-driven experiences, consistently bridging creative vision, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
In his new role, Pancoast will lead Dronisos’ U.S. growth strategy, focusing on client partnerships, strategic market development, and the integration of motion-controlled entertainment technologies across destination-based and live environments. His background as both executive producer and operator positions him uniquely to support partners in identifying where technology can elevate storytelling while remaining scalable, safe, and operationally sound.
