Hop Land, a new family entertainment center in Saudi Arabia, has officially opened its doors in Al Qadisiyah. The launch of these locations was supported by a strategic technology partnership with Falco Playhub Solutions and Semnox Solutions, who provided the integrated systems that power the guest experience.
Falco Playhub Solutions, one of Semnox’s strategic partners in Saudi Arabia, led the ground-level execution of the project, overseeing everything from operations to on-site implementation. Working closely with Semnox, the teams rolled out an integrated technology ecosystem that powers the guest journey at Hop Land – from entry to play and every touchpoint in between.
Hop Land offers a mix of entertainment options, including trampolines, arcade games, creative play zones, educational activities, party rooms, and an in-house café. The venue was designed to serve as a go-to destination for families seeking fun and flexibility under one roof.
At the core of the guest experience is Semnox’s technology platform, which includes point-of-sale systems, RFID card solutions, arcade game readers, discount and voucher management, and a kitchen order ticket (KOT) system for food and beverage operations. Guests can use RFID cards to access games and activities across the venue, ensuring a seamless, cashless experience that prioritizes convenience and engagement.
