The premier annual trade show for attractions professionals in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region is nearly a month away. IAAPA Expo Asia 2025 will welcome leaders and subject matter experts from across multiple industries, including but not limited to tourism, hospitality, entertainment, attractions and more.
The conference features a line-up of keynote and industry speakers from renowned attractions in the region, including Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park, Shanghai Disney Resort, Universal Beijing Resort, Universal Studios Japan and more. Additionally, speakers from top-tier companies such as Douyin (TikTok), Tencent Group, TEEG Group, Trip.com Group, among others will be present.

Ms. Qin brings over seven years of strategic leadership to her dual role spearheading domestic public relations, local government relations, and Trip.com’s marketing initiatives. Her work has been instrumental in advancing the group’s global footprint spanning over 200 countries with 400 million registered users worldwide.
Professional development and safety take center stage with IAAPA Institutes
As part of its commitment to advancing professional development and elevating safety standards across the global attractions industry, IAAPA Expo Asia 2025 will feature two of IAAPA’s flagship education programs:
- IAAPA Institute for Attractions Professionals – Designed for those with fewer than five years of industry experience, this immersive two-day program includes expert-led classroom sessions and collaborative group activities. Participants will explore a broad range of operational areas and gain a global perspective on attractions.
- IAAPA Safety Institute – This specialized session emphasizes the industry’s leading priority: safety. Attendees will learn best practices in ride standards, risk management, and operational compliance through presentations from leading safety consultants, operators, and manufacturers.
These sessions bring together a diverse lineup of speakers from global markets to share practical knowledge and thought leadership that reflects the evolving nature of the industry.
“IAAPA Expo Asia is where professionals from across the attractions industry gather to learn, share, and grow. Our Institute programs underscore our mission to support professional development and champion safety across every aspect of operations,” said Jack Chan, Vice President and Executive Director, IAAPA Asia Pacific. “We are excited to welcome attendees to these high-impact sessions and to the incredible experience waiting in Shanghai this July.”
More ways to learn and connect
In addition to these sessions, attendees will benefit from a wide range of education opportunities, including panel discussions, EDUTours, and networking events tailored to specific sectors of the industry. IAAPA’s event lineup is designed to foster meaningful connections and equip professionals with the tools they need to thrive in today’s competitive market.
