PGAV Destinations announced two internal leadership promotions in the St. Louis, Missouri, and Orlando, Florida, studio locations as a part of a multi-studio strategy for PGAV Destinations.
Charlie Lutz has been appointed as the new studio leader for the St. Louis studio, while Gary Rogowski will be the studio leader for Orlando. These roles were established two years ago as part of PGAV Destinations’ multi-studio strategy and aim to reinforce the studio’s culture. As Studio Leaders, Lutz and Rogowski will focus on fostering an environment that maximizes creativity and workflow, empowers employees to grow, and enhances PGAV’s reputation as an industry leader. The roles were previously held by Ashley Edelbrock and Justin Stichter, who now serve as vice presidents of PGAV.
“Studio culture is essential to our success. As our teams continue to grow, the cohesive nature between our studios remains vital. Charlie and Gary have demonstrated exceptional leadership and success in guiding our teams. They will ensure our studios evolve together in culture and creativity. I’m excited to watch them thrive in their new roles,” said Mike Konzen, CEO of PGAV Destinations.
Lutz joined PGAV in 2023 as a project architect. He actively mentors his colleagues, offering guidance and support to help them reach their full potential while fostering a positive and collaborative culture at PGAV through team-building activities and open communication.
Rogowski is an eight-year veteran of PGAV. Over the years, he has become a trusted mentor to his colleagues and works to create an engaging work environment. Rogowski began his career in the St. Louis studio and now uses his extensive institutional knowledge to build and enhance the culture in Orlando.
Lutz stated, “Throughout my career, I’ve focused on the positive impacts I can have in helping others achieve their personal goals while advancing the studio’s expertise. I am genuinely passionate about the growth of my colleagues; a rising tide lifts all ships. I am invested in doing whatever I can to enable the designers in our studio to be the best versions of themselves. The power of what a collaborative team can do is unmatched. I look forward to supporting my teammates in elevating the designers here and maintaining PGAV’s leadership in destination-focused projects.”
Rogowski said, “As a former client, I have a unique perspective on the passion and dedication PGAV Destinations commits to the success of our clients and their projects. Witnessing this collective show of creative force from inside and outside the organization, I understand what it means to be the best. I am honored to continue these efforts, harnessing that pride and dedication to maintain the creative bond across our organization as we embark on new challenges to create world-class attractions, experiences, and destinations.”
