PGAV Destinations, the planning and design agency for unique destinations, announced John Wieser as studio leader in the St. Louis office.
Established two years ago as part of PGAV Destinations’ multi-studio strategy, this leadership role strengthens studio culture and fosters collaboration across teams. Wieser joins Charlie Lutz in St. Louis and Gary Rogowski in Orlando, continuing to cultivate a dynamic and supportive work environment. In his new role, he will focus on mentorship, empowering employees to grow while reinforcing PGAV’s reputation as an industry leader.

Since joining PGAV in 2014, Wieser has been a key mentor, offering guidance that strengthens individual growth. His passion for fostering a collaborative culture makes him a natural fit for this role.
