Semnox named one of top ten kiosk solution providers for 2018 by Retail CIO Outlook

Retail CIO Outlook has named Semnox Solutions as one of the top ten kiosk solution providers of 2018. Semnox is described as a provider who “delivers a comprehensive and integrated hardware and software solution for entertainment, amusement, and leisure industry”.

A platform that helps decision makers to stay current with the newest trends in the industry,  Retail CIO Outlook also keeps up with the latest technologies and solution providers.

Semnox’s Self-Service Kiosks powered by Parafait have proven extremely popular owing to their maximum technological efficiency with minimal human involvement. With the kiosks able to perform nearly  every task that is done on the traditional POS, clients can now divert their workforce to core areas like customer care and marketing.

“With businesses evolving and technology advancing, innovation is unstoppable. People are willing to experiment with new things,” says Bepin Jose, president, Semnox (Americas).

The kiosks also double up as an intelligent system in terms of suggestive sales while understanding the buying behavior of the user. Returning guests can check their balance, their previous activities, and redeem promotional coupons. Another plus point is that it is a cashless agent that dispenses RFID-based admission tags/cards to a user and even facilitates recharges.

“Everything the customer is touching is going to evolve continuously and we will be at the center of this evolution,” adds Jose.

In keeping with this aim, Semnox recently came up with its state-of-the-art Food & Beverages (F&B) Kiosk with a touch screen display that helps customers check for varieties of menu options, order food and drinks, all without having to wait in a queue! The food and beverage orders can be routed either to the kitchen printer or viewed on the kitchen display system.

The Semnox F&B Kiosk offers multiple payment options (credit/debit cards, NFC, cash) and helps guests sign up for loyalty programs. These kiosks can be configured to offer upsell options. Items can be configured to be available based on the time of day. This assumes significance when it comes to timed buffets and special promotions. With an easy to use graphic interface, these efficient kiosks are the first of their kind in the industry.

According to Retail CIO Outlook, Semnox has been chosen for the honor owing to its ability to provide innovative solutions that redefine the shopping experience of customers.
