Top InPark Stories from 2010

As we start the new year, I thought I would share with you the most popular stories from the digital version of InPark Magazine from 2010. Interestingly, they all focus on different areas of our broad industry, and reflect the truly diverse nature of our business.

#5 – Water Falls : Industry professional George Walker looks at trends in the waterpark industry and ruminates on where the industry is headed.

#4 – The City Green : David Edmonds of Falcon’s Treehouse takes a look at the development in Dubai and the ways the city is working for a sustainable future.

#3 – If You Build It… : Roger Hendrick of Hendrick Construction takes a look at the process of building a roller coaster and some of the issues a park owner needs to consider before tackling their next big project.

#2 – Remembering Buzz : Judith Rubin reflects on the life and passing of Harrison “Buzz” Price and the indelible mark he left on the attractions industry.

#1: Shanghai Surprise – In a collection of writings from Brent Young, Martin Palicki, Edward Wills and others, Expo 2010 is explored and evaluated, both the good and the bad.

Popularity was determined by number of page views and PDF downloads from the InPark Magazine website.
