Lake Buena Vista, FL (September 4, 2012) — Robb Alvey of Theme Park Review had the opportunity to preview the new Fantasyland attraction “Enchanted Tales with Belle” on Sunday, September 2. This next generation Disney storytelling experience mixes audience participation with live actors, visual effects, and audio animatronic characters. The journey begins in the cottage of Maurice, father to Belle, heroine of the animated film “Beauty and the Beast.” A magic mirror then transports guests to the Beast’s castle for the storytelling adventure. “Enchanted Tales with Belle” is one of three new attractions opening as part of the second phase of the Magic Kingdom’s new Fantasyland, the others being the “Be Our Guest Restaurant” and “Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid” dark ride, all opening December 6, 2012.
