The theme is “Back to the Future?”
“We all hear the new buzzwords every year, and news about the technology trends that will revolutionize and re-invent the Theme Park industry. But does everything have to be new? Are our guests coming to us for the latest technologies and special effects or are they looking to get away from the barrage of heavy news, gadgets, and big tech and to just enjoy some good old escapism? Or just maybe, they want a bit of both?”
TEA SATE Europe 2024, taking place at Italy’s Gardaland Resort, May 14-17, is looking for speakers to delve into the latest in trends and what problems they may solve but also to explore why so many trends come and go so quickly, often without achieving the big impact that was promised with great fanfare when they arrived (for example, the metaverse). The conference will also explore the classical art and craft of storytelling and experience development, what makes so many people want to return to a good attraction again and again, and how to bottle that lighting for worldwide distribution.
SATE Europe 2024 looking for presentations that:
- Get attendees talking and interacting
- Challenge the audience
- Provoke the conversations about the industry that presenters would like to be a part of
Call for outline presentations will close on 31 January 2024 and candidates will be notified by end of February 2024 if they have been successful.
