Connect&GO launches rebrand; retires Konnect and secondary product brand names for unified approach

Connect&GO, provider of integrated technology for attractions, has unveiled its new brand identity. This rebrand marks the retirement of the “Konnect” platform name and all other secondary product brands, uniting the company’s full suite of solutions under one banner: Connect&GO.

“Our technology has evolved into a fully integrated Attraction Management System – built from the ground up for the attractions industry and only the attractions industry,” says Dominic Gagnon, CEO of Connect&GO. “It was time for our brand to catch up. This new identity isn’t a shift in direction – it’s a reflection of who we already are: a trusted, energetic partner helping operators succeed on their highest-stakes days.”

A new symbol of motion and meaning

From theme parks to waterparks, zoos and cultural attractions, Connect&GO’s all-in-one Attraction Management System powers every part of the guest journey – from ticketing and access control to e-commerce, dynamic pricing, and real-time reporting.

Connect&GO’s new logo was inspired by the constant movement that defines an attraction: the rush of a roller coaster, the swirl of a crowd, the real-time flow of data through a park. Depending on where you see it, the emblem might look like a guest making their way through the gates, a burst of energy at ride launch, or the seamless rhythm of operations at peak hour.

According to Connect&GO, the refreshed brand identity reflects the idea that technology should support the flow of fun, not interrupt it.

From onsite launches to customer advisory boards, Connect&GO’s product evolution has always been shaped by those on the ground, doing the work.

“The attraction industry has always been about storytelling,” says Gagnon. “This is our way of saying – we hear you, we see you, and we’re building with you, not just for you.”
