Noor Islands, the latest family entertainment destination developed by Flash Diamond Events Production in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, has successfully implemented Semnox Solutions’ integrated venue management system to power its operations.
Noor Islands, a soft play and arcade center, was established to serve the local community with high-quality entertainment space for children and families. To deliver on this vision, Flash Diamond evaluated multiple systems before choosing Semnox’s all-in-one platform for its reliability, scalability, and advanced features.

The facility now operates its arcade with RFID cards and approximately 75 Semnox Beam readers for tap-to-play functionality. Noor Islands also utilizes RFID wristbands for school packages and group visits. This system enables quick and secure access, play tracking, and cashless transactions creating a seamless guest experience. The venue is also preparing to implement Semnox’s birthday reservation module to further enhance guest convenience and streamline party planning.
