Cosmic Air Park has implemented Semnox Solutions’ management system, bringing an integrated technology solution to its operations. The adventure park, which features arcade games, playtime sessions, attractions, and food and beverage services, sought a streamlined system that could manage all aspects of its business efficiently.
“In our older generation parks, we were running multiple systems, which added complexity and costs,” said Shawn Meghani, owner of Cosmic Air Park. “For our new build, we needed a turnkey solution – one system that could run it all. After researching various providers, we chose Semnox because they not only checked every box but also offered the technological scalability to grow alongside our company.”
Cosmic Air Park utilizes Semnox’s Parafait suite of solutions to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. This includes Lumin RFID Tap-To-Play readers for arcade gaming, self-service Klassic Kiosks for purchasing game entitlements and activities, and point-of-sale (POS) systems for food, beverage, and entertainment sales. The park also benefits from online and in-store liability waiver management, online attraction booking for guest convenience, and a customized online party booking platform designed to match the park’s website.
Meghani highlighted the smooth implementation process, crediting Semnox’s team for their hands-on support. “There is a learning curve, but they are with you every step of the way. Implementing a new system takes time and patience, and while I may have felt frustrated at times, they never did. They guided me throughout the entire process.”
The online event booking platform has been a standout feature, allowing for a seamless and user-friendly reservation process. “The booking site was designed to match our company website, ensuring a consistent customer experience from start to finish,” Meghani noted.
Following the deployment at Cosmic Air Park in Houston, Meghani confirmed plans to implement the Parafait system across all future locations, standardizing operations with a comprehensive, integrated solution. “We have decided to move over to Semnox for all new builds and are looking forward to building a partnership for years to come.”
