With its new Living Faces of History line, Garner Holt Productions, Inc., ups the believability factor in figures such as long-ago U.S. presidents and celebrities, namesake President Garner Holt announced today the IAAPA trade show.
At the core of this newest line is a face with 46 motions, complemented by a neck that functions seven distinct ways. What’s more, the faces are now covered with a silicone skin that is softer and more pliant than previous materials, and the characters run on electricity, meaning they are portable and self-contained. Prices range from $120,000 to $500,000 “for the Cadillac model,” Holt said.
