Gateway Ticketing Named Among Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania

Boyertown, PA, USA (October 16, 2012) — Gateway Ticketing Systems has been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2012. Of being included in the list for 2012, Gateway Ticketing System’s Chief Financial Officer, Nina Bohn, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be included in this year’s list of Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania. Our executive and human resource teams are dedicated to fostering a corporate culture that is a cut above the norm – from our excellent health insurance offerings and a generous 401K matching program to flex-time and work-from-home opportunities to casual dress policies. We strive to create a work environment that we and our employees enjoy being a part of!”

The survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania benefiting the state’s economy and its workforce. Employers are placed in one of two categories based upon the total number of employees they have in the United States: 25 to 249 employees or 250 or more employees. Entrants must be a publicly or privately held company, in business for at least one year and have one facility with 25 or more employees in Pennsylvania.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. The first part of this process was evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. This part of the process was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process.

Gateway Ticketing Systems will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on Thursday, November 29, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony. Tickets may be purchased online at www.CPBJnow.com/events.
