CAVU Designwerks & KUKA Robotics – IAAPA Expo Demo

CAVU Designwerks has partnered with KUKA Robotics (KUKA) to create the Self Driving Vehicle (SDV), a next generation ride system. This vehicle will be available to demo in Orlando during IAAPA Expo.

The SDV uses KUKA’s reliable industrial platform at its base and has been transformed into an entertainment application safe for passenger use. This vehicle can interact with other advanced technologies like AI, real-time gaming engines and projection mapping.

The development and execution of the demo were supported by BEC’s in-depth programming knowledge and Firefly Creations’ creative direction. The demo will offer different experiences ranging in thrill level to showcase the breadth of movement and options that the SDV offers.
