Knott’s Berry Farm is a world-renowned theme park built from the humblest of beginnings nearly 100 years ago. This position directs and manages creative, developmental, production, technical, administrative, and operational aspects of entertainment and special events for Knott’s Berry Farm in cooperation with Cedar Fair Corporate Entertainment as needed. Acts as Creative and Artistic director when developing/producing show product.. Provides vision and long-term growth planning for the department and its wholistic role at Knott’s. Leads senior Entertainment staff in setting the operating standards and tone for the division. Creates and oversees the fiscal obligations and resources. Ensures general professional integrity and quality of all personnel, operations, product and Guest experience.
