Connect&GO, provider of integrated attractions technology for the leisure and attractions industry, announced a new partnership with Saunders Farm, an award-winning attraction in Ottawa’s countryside. Saunders Farm will use Connect&GO’s Konnect platform to help simplify their operations.
A family destination for over 45 years, Saunders Farm offers visitors 100 acres of fun. Guests can explore a collection of full-sized hedge mazes, cool down in the SplashPad, climb aboard a Pirate Ship, take a hayride through landscaped gardens, and enjoy the sights and sounds of their seasonal events.
Starting this September, Saunders Farm will use Connect&GO’s cloud-based Konnect platform to facilitate transactions, improve reporting processes, and increase sales of season passes, timed admission and birthday parties. Unlike legacy technology that keeps data siloed and difficult to access, Konnect combines eCommerce, point-of-sale, F&B, access control and cashless payments into one centralized platform with free-flowing data.
“We were looking for a partner to help us create the best possible experience for our guests. Connect&GO’s technology is highly flexible and adaptable to our operations, and it gives us everything we need to help welcome our guests in a fast and efficient way,” said Mark Saunders, Director of Fun at Saunders Farm.
Saunders Farm will also be using Konnect’s new F&B integration with Lightspeed and its Marketing & CRM integration with ActiveCampaign.
“We’re delighted to welcome Saunders Farm to the Connect&GO family,” said Myriam Blanchette, VP of Customer Success at Connect&GO. “Our platform is designed to simplify operations and enhance customer experiences, and we are excited to help Saunders Farm realize those capabilities.”
