The Chef/Kitchen Manager will provide operational support to the Food and Beverage Manager, ensuring high quality standards of food and guest service. The Manager, Security and Safety’s responsibilities include providing operational assistance and support to the Vice President and General Manager. This position plans and directs all safety, fire, and security operations designed to protect personnel, guests, and park property.
