Triotech was awarded the Golden Crown Award for “Outstanding Dark Rides Theater Supplier (International)” for its installation at OCT Fabland Valley Resort. The attraction also received IAAPA’s Brass Ring Award for Best New Product during IAAPA Expo.
Triotech’s award-winning walkthrough is a multistage immersive and interactive attraction. Visitors are taken through three unique experiences chosen to fit into the storyline. Each zone is customizable and connected to the other through themed corridors, so that the attraction can easily be adapted to the allocated space, configuration, intellectual property (IP) and storytelling needs.
“The ‘Hive Break’ walkthrough attraction demonstrates the evolution of OCT and Triotech’s collaboration,” commented Han Jie, Sales General Manager, China. “Over the years we have supplied OCT parks with many immersive and interactive theaters. This double walkthrough is our first custom-designed media-based attraction created exclusively for OCT Xianyang, and its successful launch starts a new phase of collaboration for co-creating new types of rides and attractions.”
Triotech already announced its next walkthrough attraction to be set for opening in spring 2023 at South Korea’s leading theme park owner and operator LOTTE WORLD. Guests will be immersed in the universe of PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, KRAFTON’s widely popular IP.
