Valo Motion, the award-winning Finnish maker of active mixed reality products, announced its first two installations of ValoArena in the United States. The new unattended 6-player mixed reality playground can be found at RPM Raceway in New Jersey and Air Madness Trampoline Park in South Dakota.
Valo Motion is officially launching its newest attraction, ValoArena in the U.S. following the deployment of 10 units worldwide. Globally, Valo Motion has shipped over 1,000 of the company’s existing products, ValoClimb and ValoJump mixed reality gaming systems, which turn climbing walls and trampolines into interactive, social gaming experiences.
ValoArena requires no employee supervision, wires, or wearables for exciting, immersive, physically active gameplay. In ValoArena, groups of up to six players can choose between different games to compete in a simultaneously physical and virtual space on an arena-like stage where spectators can watch and cheer.
“We are excited to launch ValoArena in the U.S. as a fresh alternative to passive play in out-of-home amusement locations,” noted Dr. Raine Kajastila, CEO of Valo Motion. “ValoArena is much more than just a revolutionary concept, it’s an evolutionary step forward. We have taken the best from our ValoClimb and ValoJump attractions and built a truly social group gaming experience, where active fun and laughs can be shared with groups and families”
